Job Fair: 11 am to 4 pm
It is important for employers to register as early as possible to allow Linking Michiana time to properly promote the hiring event for the public. Please refer to dates and fees below:
Registration & Booth Fees:
Registration: until March 15, 2017
- Booth Fees $150
Late Registration: After March 15
- Booth Fees $200
- Registration is completed when forms and booth fees are both received.
- Booth Fees are non-refundable
We have hired a WBET to do our local advertising, 40 radio ads and a live radio remote during the first two hours of the event.
Information & Helpful Tips
- 6’ rectangle tables and chairs provided
- Bring a table cover
Have paper applications available, or…
Create a hand-off with step-by-step instructions how to apply online
Bring brochures or other promotional items about your company
Have something small to give away, such as candy, pens, key chains
- Decorate your booth to attract job seekers
- Provide something for prospects to follow up with your company after the job fair
- Dress code for employers: Business Casual
- Representatives are required to stay until the end of the event
- Applicants are willing to travel 20-50 miles for employment
