Set-up Hour: 10 am to 11
Job Fair: 11 am to 4 pm

It is important for employers to register as early as possible to allow Linking Michiana time to properly promote the hiring event for the public. Please refer to dates and fees below:

Registration & Booth Fees:

Registration: until March 15, 2017

  • Booth Fees $150

Late Registration: After March 15

  • Booth Fees $200

Registration Information:

  • Registration is completed when forms and booth fees are both received.
  • Booth Fees are non-refundable


We have hired a WBET to do our local advertising, 40 radio ads and a live radio remote during the first two hours of the event.

Information & Helpful Tips

  • 6’ rectangle tables and chairs provided
  • Bring a table cover
  • Have paper applications available, or…
  • Create a hand-off with step-by-step instructions how to apply online
  • Bring brochures or other promotional items about your company
  • Have something small to give away, such as candy, pens, key chains
  • Decorate your booth to attract job seekers
  • Provide something for prospects to follow up with your company after the job fair
  • Dress code for employers: Business Casual
  • Representatives are required to stay until the end of the event
  • Applicants are willing to travel 20-50 miles for employment
  • This is a fantastic networking and community event let’s have fun!
